Pro Vayne will Q roll into you to auto, then back off, baiting your abilities before kiting away. Don't let her poke you for free.

E Wall Pin Counter
When you get close, she holds E to pin you to a wall when you use your third Q or E, interrupting your combo.

Ultimate Stealth Kite
After 6, she ults to stealth and kite, then reappears to deal damage after you blow your cooldowns. Don't let her stall for stealth cooldown.
