    Plays safe without ultimate

    Without R, Teemo's mushroom defense is weak. He'll hug tower and wait for cooldowns, afraid to pressure you.

    Baits you into chasing, then turns

    A good Teemo will pretend to fear the jungler to bait you into chasing. After you use your skills, he'll turn with Q blind and auto-attacks to kill you.
