Against Jax, swap Conditioning for Bone Plating to reduce his burst when he jumps on you. Use Bone Plating to mitigate burst and win trades. Use your passive to maintain item advantage without recalling, helping you duel Jax. Between last hits, quickly upgrade Tear; even if you miss a melee minion, do it, or you might not stack it by level 13.

How a strong Jax player plays

    Use E to Zone You

    Jax will activate E to speed up and trade, using minion aggro. If you walk toward the wall, he can still stun you.

    Leap to Bait Your Skills

    He will intentionally leap on you to bait your E, then back off after you use it, waiting for cooldowns to go in again.

    Counter Brittle

    When you apply Brittle, he will activate E to block your auto attack, preventing you from triggering Brittle damage.
