Take Phase Rush; when Tryndamere uses W to slow you, trigger Phase Rush to escape. During trades, use Phase Rush to speed up, approach with auto+Q, then disengage. First recall prioritize armor components like Wardens Mail or Bramble Vest. Core item first is Frozen Heart; if enough gold, get Wardens Mail; if not, get Kindlegem. After getting Dead Man's Plate, ult to tank Tryndamere's damage; when he realizes he can't kill you and tries to run, use Wither to chase.

How a strong Tryndamere player plays

    Not using Q to heal indicates kill intent

    If Tryndamere doesn't use Q to heal, he plans to dive; wait for him to act, then use Wither.

    Spin to trade

    Tryndamere will use E to get close and auto you; keep distance so he only gets one auto.

    After ult, kite

    When Tryndamere ults, he will first back off, then re-engage when you hesitate; don't chase too deep.
