Summoner spells: Flash and Teleport. Ghost is low value when pressured early; Teleport ensures tower farming and lane return. First item priority: Wardens Mail (or Unending Despair) to survive Sett's burst; even if behind a few hundred gold, you can win post-6 with stats. If short on gold early, buy two Cloth Armor for 76 armor, more practical than Sheen. Against heavy magic damage and sufficient MR, normally Randuin's Omen is better.

How a strong Sett player plays

    Bait E for Trade

    After learning E at level 2, he will move back and forth to bait your E, then trade when your skill is on cooldown.

  2. 2

    Don't Fight When White Bar Full

    When his white bar is full, his W deals max damage and shield. He will wait for you to engage, then counter-attack.

  3. 3

    Start with E and Apply Wither

    When you start with E, immediately use W to slow him, then ult and chase while auto-attacking. Circle around to dodge his W and secure the kill.
