Matchup plan

Take Grasp of the Undying for sustain and support; stack Grasp procs. First item: Sunfire Aegis for fast wave clear to prevent him from taking tower plates. Alternatively, consider Iceborn Gauntlet for damage and CC; trade and disengage, only losing the shield. If laning is tough, start with Tear of the Goddess for sustain.

Malphite vs Nasus · Top lane matchup

01

Core game plan

Malphite vs Nasus: laning is not hard if you play safe, but solo kill opportunities are rare; you need to wait for your jungler or teammates to carry. It's a 50-50 matchup.

03

How a strong Nasus player plays

  1. 1

    Stack Q and farm

Nasus will focus on stacking Q; as long as you don't overextend, he can't easily kill you. Focus on farming.

  2. 2

    Fake weakness to counterattack

He'll pretend to be weak, bait you to chase, then W + ult to counterattack and cut off your escape.

  3. 3

Ult when his mana is low

When his mana is below 100, he can only cast one spell; ulting then can turn the fight and kill him.
