First item rush Frozen Heart; it's cost-effective against Jax's auto-attacks. You can also get Tear first then rush Frozen Heart. Second and third items: Fimbulwinter and Thornmail or Dead Man's Plate for massive tankiness, making trades harder for Jax. Complete third or fourth item.
