Against Nasus, take Second Wind in runes to sustain against poke if he goes that route. Take Ignite as summoner spell, otherwise it's hard to suppress Nasus's scaling. Starting item depends on Nasus's runes: if he takes Grasp of the Undying or Fleet Footwork, he's not a poke style, so start Doran's Blade for more pressure.

How a strong Nasus player plays

    Max E to poke and lower HP

    Nasus will frequently poke you with E; keep distance and use Second Wind to sustain.

  2. 2

    Wither slow and kite

    When you use Ghost, Nasus will Wither you, then E and Q to proc Phase Rush and kite, preventing you from auto attacking.

  3. 3

    Walk into inner ring after Q to deny heal

    After Nasus Q's, he will walk into your inner ring to avoid your outer Q heal.
