Cassiopeia has Q speed boost and W slow, Tryndamere without E is a sitting duck. Before level 6, bully him; after 6, you can kite him even when he ults.

How a strong Tryndamere player plays

    E in to trade

    Tryndamere will stack fury, then E in to auto you, forcing you to use Q to kite, then he either Es away or keeps chasing.

    Freeze when ult is down

    Without ult, he can't fight you, but he will try to freeze the wave so you can't push, waiting for his jungler.
