Consider taking Exhaust. When Tryndamere uses Ghost to close in, Exhaust him to slow, then use Q to kite. In key fights, Exhaust him and chase with autos. First item Tear of the Goddess; if you can back, get Catalyst of Aeons to sustain and keep pressuring Tryndamere.

How a strong Tryndamere player plays

    E to Close In and Trade

    Tryndamere will fill his Fury, then E close to hit you, forcing you to Q for speed to disengage, then he either E away or keep chasing.

    Freeze Lane When No R

    When Tryndamere has no R, he can't beat you, but he will deliberately freeze the lane so you can't push, waiting for the jungler to gank.
