Take Press the Attack for high early damage in trades. Alternatively, consider Conqueror, otherwise you'll struggle mid-game. Start Doran's Shield with Second Wind rune to mitigate K'Sante's Q poke. After building Phage, use the movespeed advantage to dodge his abilities more easily.
