    Brand holds his Q, waiting for you to use W. Your W has a long cast time, so he stuns you with Q and gets a free combo.

    W to poke you off your mount

    When you are dismounted and slow, Brand uses W to poke you, making it hard for you to get close.

  3. 3

    E to waveclear and poke

    Brand spreads his E to clear minions and poke you at the same time, making it difficult for you to last hit and forcing you to use W to block damage.
