    Pantheon will intentionally use E to block your damage, then counterattack when your abilities are on cooldown.

    Q Harassment

    He stacks passive at level 1 and pokes you with Q, forcing you to miss CS or use abilities.

    W Engage for Trade

    He jumps in with W while you last hit, follows with Q, then blocks with E and retreats, winning the trade.
