If your jungler is stronger early, take Electrocute for lane pressure, push fast to limit Galio's roams. If your jungler is weaker, take Phase Rush for survival, avoiding Galio's jungle synergy. Phase Rush is great vs Galio: after proccing, movespeed helps dodge his E or reposition for trades. Consider First Strike for gold, but early trading is weaker than Electrocute... Build Liandry's Torment and Horizon Focus. Proc Liandry's bonus damage and AP with frequent small spells; Horizon Focus is cost-efficient.
