How a strong Akali player plays

    E cancels Gold Card

    Akali uses her E to cancel your Gold Card stun, then pops smoke screen to get close and counter-attack.

  2. 2

    Smoke screen double trade

    She uses smoke screen to get close for AQ, fakes retreat, then comes back for another AQ. Don't let her poke you for free.

  3. 3

    Wait for teammates to initiate

    In teamfights, Akali waits for her teammates to CC you before ulting in, ensuring you can't use Gold Card.
