Against Sylas, recommend Ghost with Cosmic Insight to reduce defensive cooldowns, improving kiting and survivability. Secondary: Biscuits and Cosmic Insight for lane sustain and summoner spell CDR. Alternatively, consider Ignite as early grievous wounds to suppress his healing. For defensive summoner, always take Exhaust, not Barrier or Heal. Also consider Bone Plating...
