    Lissandra will use W to root you when you go for a last hit, then follow up with Q to poke, making it hard for you to trade back.

    R Self-Preservation or Counter-Kill

    She uses R on herself to heal and stun you, waiting for you to blow your abilities before counter-attacking; using R on a teammate leaves her vulnerable.
