How a strong Hwei player plays

Bait Q, then counter
He will try to poke you when you use Q to farm. Don't use Q carelessly, or use Q to last-hit then immediately back off.

E stun to deny farm
When you go for a cannon minion, he will use E to stun you and deny the CS. Watch your positioning or wait for his E to be on cooldown before farming.

Save ultimate for finisher
When he kills you, he will save his R until you Flash, then use Q to finish you off. Be careful when low HP to avoid being comboed.
