How a strong Ekko player plays

Spam Q poke
He will spam Q to poke, but damage is low. Your Doran's Shield and passive heal offset it, and he pushes the wave, letting you stack under tower.

W zone control
He will place W to stun you when you last hit. Dodge it or use Phase Rush to run out of the circle.

E in to trade
He will E in to proc his three-hit passive, but it costs high mana. Tank a few waves, then punish him when he's out of mana.
