How a strong Senna player plays

Bait Q, then trade
Senna will try to bait your Q; if she uses it, she'll trade. Note her Q damage is low; the real pain is the soul-absorbing auto.

Level 3 all-in
After level 3, Senna will jump on you with E, activate W and auto you to the end. Don't kite; walking up and all-inning is a guaranteed win.
