    Punish after E is baited

    Trade aggressively when Lucian has no E, he has no escape; stand in front of minions and he can only take hits.

    Counterattack after Q animation

    When he uses Q, punish the animation with W, then auto and Q for burst, good trade.

    Block Q with minions

    Poke with Q when he last hits, block his Q with minions; Swifties give movespeed, Q a minion to bounce on him after his Q cooldown.
